With the wide wide variety of situations fire fighters have to deal with as well, the equipment any fire department purchases have to be valuable in any circumstance. These specifications make purchasing effective equipment difficult, due to the fact most of the equipment that falls under these criteria is ridiculously high priced. But when fire fighters have to get the job carried out, they use equipment they can afford.
